| 1. Anyone who is not financially compensated by the company is eligible for any and all prizes related to season 2, regardless of their participation in leadership activities in the organization. |
| 2. There is no purchase necessary to participate in partner leagues. These are free and open to the public. There may be registrations or other offers that need to be accepted in order to be activated for these leagues. Requirements are up to the specific partners and not controlled by 100k Studios. |
| 3. A 100k Studios Premium Membership is required to participate in any premium leagues. You must have an ACTIVE membership to accrue points. |
| 4. 100k Studios reserves the right to deny or prevent entry to anyone they see fit at any time. We reserve the right to deem someone ineligible due to, but not limited to collosion, chip dumping, or other unethical poker activites. |
| 5. 100k Studios and their partners reserve the right to change the schedule at any time, including but not limited to reasons of cancellations, outages or for the quality of the competition |
| 6. 100k Studios reserves the right to cancel any premium league they see fit, if they deem it to not have a high level of interest or meet the standards of the product 100k studios wishes to offer. |
| 7. Each league will have their own specific scoring rules, for more information visit the respective league's pages |
| 8. At the end of each league month, the champion from each league will qualify for the semi-finals competition. In the event the winner has already qualified from another league, then second place will be the qualifier for that league, and so on for additional prequalified winners. If a player wins two leagues on the same day, second place in both leagues will advance. |
| 9. In the event of a tie between the top points getters, the player who has the best finish place will break the tie. In the event both have the same best finish place, whoever finished that place in the largest field will break the prize. |
| 10. On the first Sunday of the new month 100k Studios will host the Semi-Finals. The top 5 from this semi-final will qualify for the championship. The overall winner will win a 100k Studios ring. 100k Studios reserves the right to move the time / date and / or location of this online competition at any time |
| 11. At the end of the season the 15 finalists will compete in a championship tournament. The final 2 will win championship trophy's and the grand prize package. Travel expenses will be paid out via paypal or zelle. Tourney buyins will be provided at the venue. 100k Studios reserves the right to change the dates / times / locations of the championship and grand prize at any time |
| 12. Winners agree to behave in a manner in alignment with 100k Studios Core values. Winners will not participate in any activity that would be deamed as discriminatory to any ethnicity, race, gender or sexuality, or they will forfeit any remainder of their rewards. |
| 13. By participating in the League Competition you give us the right to use your image, likeness, Username, and Poker Stats on the 100k Studios Website. |
